F-TEC evolved a unique three tier model of computer education to suit different demands of Metros, Cities and Small towns/villages:

F-TEC, Computer Education

Based in Metros & A-class cities, F-TEC Computer Education Centres offer training programmes covering basics to highly specialized programmes. These programmes are designed to impart impressive abilities to the youth to meet the ever growing employment needs of the booming IT and service Industry.

CLI Centres

Based in Small Cities & A-class towns, CLI Centres offer programmes ranging from six months certificate to one year diploma programmes and specialized short term programmes designed to suit the employment requirements of local market. CLI Centres will help to create a huge workforce in the field of computer operating and designing.

CLV Centres

F-TEC is trailblazing the rural movement with the aim of spreading computer literacy at the grass roots level and taking IT at the door step of villages. The whole idea is to develop Computer Literate Villages. This offers employment oriented training programmes up to duration of six months and basic computer literacy programmes.

 

Breaking all barriers of Cost

 

Low start up cost:

F-TEC has developed a system in which start up cost of the centre is quite low, almost nominal, unlike the other organizations where one has to pay a huge affiliation fee at the time of launching of the centre. And, this has nothing to do with the quality of the education at study centre level. The parent body named FS-HRD is non profit in nature which helps a young entrepreneurs to establish the study centre.

Concept of VAP:

Though the system is based on the concept of franchising but it is very different from the traditional franchise system existing in the market. The entrepreneurs are known as Value Added Partners and have to pay a very low share to the FS-HRD which brings down the regular cost of the study centre to the minimum.

Low Advertisement Cost:

The advertisement cost is very low because of the quality standards and availability of different welfare schemes for the students. It is mostly through word of mouth since every student plays a role of brand ambassador for F-TEC.

No Overheads:

FS-HRD does not demand any extra charges from centres as overhead. All support is provided on actual cost (if any) incurred at the central level. This is possible because of the not-for-profit constitutional status of FS-HRD. Being non- profitable in nature maximum resources are being diverted to the study centre for the smooth functioning of affairs.
