F-TEC has launched Y-SDP with two basic objectives- Firstly, to provide such IT & other skills so that a candidate can get the job immediately after the training. And lastly, this program is in tune with Govt of India initiative to promote skills among youth because there is a huge demand in lacs in the market for skilled manpower. Under the Y-SDP, we are offering two welfare schemes ; one is Mahila Jyoti Yojna (MJY) only for girls and Youth Empowerment (YE) for youth of both the gender.
